Event Branding
Events are all about creating an amazing and memorable experience. The best starting point in creating an engaging environment is with visual elements. Custom event graphics can direct or inform attendees, create a cohesive brand, or showcase the event’s theme. Invitations
Gift of Life Transplant House hosted their annual fundraiser with An Emerald Affair theme. The goal was to create a custom design and brand consistency for this formal event. We used Spot Oil as a creative way to add depth and contrast through varying levels of sheen and texture to the Save The Date, Invitations, and RSVP.
Programs
Programs are used for informing guests about the details of an event timeline and agenda. Both Gift of Life Transplant House and Studs, Struts & Stilettos needed to condense an immense amount of content into a single event keepsake. Through strategic text hierarchy and design, we ensured each guest received an informative and memorable program.
Posters
We engaged the local community with custom poster designs for both Studs, Struts & Stilettos, and the Gala of the Decades events. The goal was to catch the eye of prospective attendees, event participants, and donors. Through branded design and the incorporation of event details, we created engaging calls to action with each design.
Billboard Advertising
An annual fundraiser event needs to engage and excite target audiences each year. We used contrasting colors within each design and a clear call to action to help improve the retention of the overall message.
Tickets
Another popular keepsake for event attendees is the ticket. It’s something tangible that tells the story of the event and has the ability to make a lasting impression long before the actual event date. For Harmony Area Community Foundation, the goal was to attract local residents to the annual event through an engaging ticket design.
Advertisements
The goal of most event advertisements is to attract more attendees. This was no different for the Studs, Struts & Stilettos magazine ads. We used event branding and details to reach our target audience and boost ticket sales.
Social Media Graphics
Social media is where most people spend their time online. Event graphics that are engaging enough to stop mindless scrolling are a must. We designed colorful, branded posts using local models to promote this important fundraising event.
The Results
